Summer 2026 is set to be the hottest in Moscow in recent years, as a unique urban music event – the "Twisted Metal" heavy music festival – will take place at the "Pravda" club from June 19th to 21st.
It was first held in June 2025 on the Pravda Summer outdoor stage and brought together 28 bands from all over the country, uniting representatives of thrash, death, black, doom metal, and gothic genres, with some collectives performing exclusively. In 2026, the festival is expanding: it will now span three days, feature 36 bands, and utilize both stages of the "Pravda" club – the open-air summer stage and the main stage. Bands such as GD, BAU, Abyssphere, Khren, Svarga, Above the Stars, and others have already confirmed their participation. The lineup is constantly being updated.
